Multidisciplinary artist specialised in Mosaic Art

My mind and eyes have always been attentive to details that often remain unnoticed and this translates in the level of detail of my artistic work. I live in the mountains of North Lebanon and spend a great share of my time in the outdoors, exploring the richness of the nature around me, from trees and plants to birds and wild animals to stones and fossils. I love experimenting with shapes and textures I find around me. I found in mosaic the perfect medium to integrate nature into my art, either as an inspiration and/or as material. I studied mosaic according to the double reverse or Ravenna method which I relate to because it demands to give its right time to the creation process just as with nature’s own processes. It also provides me with a strong technique as a basis from which I can continue exploring new materials and my own techniques.
