Extract of Article: Society Magazine, (July-August 1997)

Samir Muller is a name that had often been linked with excellent crafts man ship in the line of domestic pottery .Samir Muller still carries on in that line, however, he saw more in clay than house hold menage . He describes what he does as " creativity in clay" and as an art that converts a negligible material: that is clay into a valuable piece of art appreciated for the aesthetic value it reflects regardless of the degree of its usefulness as a domestic ustensil.

M uller's style is distinguished for its circular shapes and earthly or basic colours. Muller aspires a kind of purity in his work. Cooking and glasing is a very sensitive and delicate process.

Muller's experience and daily interaction with clay has taught him to be modest , natural and complacent with life . His motto is: To live as one feels comfortable.
