- Started designing clothes since childhood, helping his sister
who was a tailor.
- Graduated in Electrical Engineering.
- Started working in the fashion business in the early 1990’s.
- 1999: First show for Bridal Collection “Royal Plaza Hotel”, Beirut,
Lebanon.
- 2000: Two consecutive fashion shows for Bridal and Evening Dressing,
both in “Phoenicia”, Beirut, Lebanon.
- 2001: Launched “The Dreamer” (“Al Halima”) Collection, for Bridal
Dressing, “Phoenicia”, Beirut, Lebanon. The first of many consecutive
“The Dreamer” (“Al Halima”) fashion shows.
- 2004: Showed Autumn-Winter 2004 Collection at “International Fashion
Week”, Roma, Italy.
- 2008: Showed Spring 2008 Collection at “Auditorium Della Musica”,
Italy.
- 2009: Abed Mahfouz added a new addition to his brand - a luxurious
evening ready-to-wear line designed to savor his woman with a new
taste for the brand. The ready-to-wear collection was launched during
New York Fashion week, a thriving product that continue to receive
international coverage and recognition.

is born on December 1, 1956, Lebanon.
Graduated in Electrical Engineering.
Yet his passion
for designing clothes started since childhood, especially as he
started helping his sister who worked as a tailor, in 1985.
Mahfouz is now
recognized as a Fashion Designer who is specialized in finding harmony
in style, along with his ability to mix many different spirits into
one balanced result.
He started in
the fashion business in the early 1990’s, and his first step into
stardom happened in 1999, when he exposed his first collection of
Bridal gowns in the “Royal Plaza Hotel” in Beirut, which was a real
success.
He carried on
with two consecutive fashion shows for Bridal and Evening dressing,
in 2000, which both took place in “Phoenicia”, Beirut.
In 2001 he launched
“The Dreamer” {“Al Halima”} Collection, specialized in Bridal dressing,
during a great show in “Phoenicia”, Beirut. And this specific show
was the first one of many “The Dreamer” {“Al Halima”} consecutive
successful Collections.
Abed M. reached
international recognition when he took part in the “International
Fashion Week” which took place in Roma, where he showed his Autumn-Winter
2004 Collection.
This event sent him to stardom, and since that time, he participates
in every fashion season show of the “International Fashion Week”,
which is also known as “Alta Roma” and “Alta Moda”.
A.M. 2008 Spring Collection, which was shown in “Auditorium Parco
Della Musica”, found a big success.
